3. Pricing and Payments 3(a). All prices for products listed on the website are in the currency specified i.e. PKR. 3(b). Payments for products purchased through the store are processed securely via PayFast by Avanza Premier Payment Services (APPS). 3(c). You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties associated with your purchase for example GST. 3(d). We reserve the right to change prices or payment options at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Shipping 4(a). By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We shall not be responsible for any delays or errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you. 3(b). Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled if the delivery date is within 2 working days. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may happen due to circumstances beyond our control. 3(c). We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, we do not guarantee specific delivery times, as they may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds 5(a). We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for assistance. 5(b). We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or dislike of the product. However, we may consider refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
